Flourish Boutiques utilizes SimpleConsign, a third-party point-of-sale and vendor management system, to process transactions, manage vendor accounts, store customer information, and support overall store operations. Data collected through www.flourishboutiques.com, as well as other business channels, may be entered into SimpleConsign to ensure accurate record-keeping and service delivery. When your information is processed through SimpleConsign, the following applies:

  • Types of Data. Information may include customer purchase details, vendor account information, payment records, and inventory data.
  • Use of Data. Data entered into SimpleConsign is used to operate and manage sales, vendor payouts, inventory tracking, and customer service.
  • Third-Party Access. SimpleConsign is operated by Resaleworld, a third-party service provider. Data entered into SimpleConsign may be stored and processed on their and affiliate servers.   • Privacy and Security. Flourish Boutiques takes steps to ensure that SimpleConsign is used in a secure manner. However, we encourage all users (vendors and customers) to review SimpleConsign’s own Privacy Policy to understand how your information may be collected, used, and protected by them.
  • Data Retention. Transactional and vendor data may be retained in SimpleConsign for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual, accounting, and legal obligations.
  • User Responsibility. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that any information they upload into SimpleConsign (such as inventory details or images) complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Tracking User Behavior

The Company may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Company, in order to determine what the Company services are the most popular.  This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Company customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
